SolarAcademy Journal: All of You

Week 24 here at SolarAcademy.

It’s been another week filled with calls with early-stage solar companies. Some are just getting going, some were at the point of scaling past a medium-size company, some are looking at new markets outside of their core.  Also had the opportunity to connect with some startups working in the human consciousness space.

The solar content and education MVPs as well as solar projects took a back seat yet again for another week.  And that is fine because that is giving me the time and space to formulate my investment strategy for Enki Solar.

An older wiser friend once told me “Reflect all of you, in what you do”.

I thought, really? All of me? All of me with all my quirkiness, my wide-ranging and unique interests? My faults & shortcomings as well as my strengths? I guess the answer is, why not? At this point in my life, I have little to prove to or hide from the world.

Once in a while, I get some ideas and thoughts that I think are valuable. And I share those… but not the others.

Yet, really, why do I need to hide much of myself?

So today I make the decision to hide less of me in what I do. What does that mean? Share more thoughts. Share more of what I am reading. Share more of what I am watching. What I think about those pieces of content. And why?

And a question to ponder: What if all humans did that for 30 mins a day?
