The transcript is below:

Kerim Baran of SolarAcademy: As Head of Industry Solutions you are focused on, I assume, verticalizing this solution for various different Industries. We will talk about solar in a little bit, but besides solar can you tell us a little bit about what other Industries you guys have a footprint in?

Rashid Abdur-Rahman of Zuper: The way Zuper is constructed it is very versatile. It is not like there’s a custom build for each industry. It is not very constraining. It is not different silos for each. But it is great for someone in the industry to start with a good baseline rather than start from an empty slate and build your own system. I mean in Zuper it’s possible to actually start with the empty platform and build your own.

So we provide an FSM platform and you can configure it exactly as you want. But some of the industries – I mean solar is one of the industries. Manufacturing for example. Anyone who is manufacturing in the specific industry that comes to mind, all these service providers, the essential service providers like people who deal HVAC, people who deal with lawn care, plumbing. These are some samples.

Then also people who provide after sales service and warranty service or even, especially on the industrial side, there is equipment that is installed across let’s say your manufacturing platforms, across different warehouses but someone has to keep track of maintenance and provide regular upkeep. Sometimes even regulatory compliance like safety equipment is being checked properly. The reports are being sent so we automate those processes where if you have a one-off job coming up remotely, you want to manage that.

Zuper should be a product of choice if you have repetitive jobs that are all remote and come up that need to not fall through the cracks. Zuper does this for you along with the field management portion. Finally if you know issues that you have to make sure some reports, or some inspections are done, reports generated. The report is automatically sent to the appropriate regulatory authorities. Again Zuper comes into play. So wherever you have any of these scenarios – air conditioning plants, chilling plants, people involved with dangerous chemicals. All of those.
