Ubiquitous Energy, a transparent PV tech company that is able to convert light into electricity using semiconductor materials while maintaining visible transparency, received investment from Andersen Corp and a number of other investors. Ubiquitous’s UE Power is transparent PV glass coating that harnesses solar power – and it is virtually indistinguishable from traditional windows. This investment will allow the company to accelerate the manufacturing and commercialization of the tech.
