Streamlining customer communications with a new app

Modernize Home Services has created a new automated messaging platform for installers to more easily follow up and engage with resi clients – and its already being used by 1400+ clients around the country. More homeowners want to communicate via text and this way of communicating apparently increases sales close-rates by about 15% on new leads. Called Connect, the platform automates (and customizes) the sales follow-up process and homeowner satisfaction can be tracked. Bonus – positive ratings and reviews can be encouraged too.
