A NARUC/NASEO task force created a series of five modular blueprints to help with energy planning on the state-level from 2 years of research into how regulators and policymakers can address climate change, grid resilience and tech advances. The recommendation is to act quickly to anticipate changes in the electric industry. 12 states have committed to actions based on the blueprints.
