Week 33.

Done:

• Launched our first microgrid project with success. It is looking like it will be a real nice size solar + storage project with a very attractive payback period.
• Established a great start of relationships with key partners on the island of TCI.
• Held a number of meetings with potential investors for our Enki Solar Investments.
• Interviewed and created content with 2 leading solar companies focused on serving the long tail of independent solar contractors.

To-dos:

• Continue our content creation efforts for our joint course with HeatSpring
• Deliver our 4th week of content for the course.
• Continue conversations with leading solar company founders / CEO’s as well as investors. 

Thoughts:

Flexibility.

My thoughts are around flexibility this week. I took 6 commercial airplane rides in the last month. Traveled to 3 different states. And a Caribbean island. I did all this while working and playing. It required lots of flexibility on my end to satisfy loved ones, covid rules & regulations, and customers, all at the same time. I believe the ability to be flexible is a superpower unlike any other, especially for the entrepreneurial types.
