Following 3 years of consecutive quarterly increases in solar PPA prices,  a recent report finds a 1% price decline from Q1 to Q2 this year in America, signs that they may be stabilizing. The report attributes this to the impact of the IRA and increased mobility in the solar supply chain, among other factors.
