JinkoSolar has released a new series of ultra-efficient 2021 Flagship Tiger Neo modules (for utility, C&I and res applications) that tap N-type TOPCon tech with additional enhancements re performance, power, energy density and reliability. Max power output is 620 W with a conversion efficiency of 22.3% and 5-6% more efficiency than mono PERC and 3-4% more energy generation.
