Enphase recently announced that they will be adding 4.8 – 7.2 GW of U.S. solar microinverter manufacturing capacity – four to six new manufacturing lines, resulting in up to 18 million microinverters annually. The company is saying that they must be able to secure a significant return on investment and retain 50% or more of PTC value.
