Things may be looking up for the stalled BBB. Manchin appears to be in talks once again regarding how to get his vote on the climate bill. Democrats are sounding optimistic though Manchin is informing press there is no deal until inflation is handled. Ideally, Democrats would like a vote at the beginning of August.
