Enphase Energy is expanding into the EV charging market by acquiring ClipperCreek, producer of EV charging solutions for res and commercial applications. The deal will allow Enphase distributors and installers the options to sell EV charging along with solar and battery systems and will push forward the company’s bi-directional charging capability for vehicle-to-home and vehicle-to-grid applications. ClipperCreek sells Level 2 AC charging stations.
