The Trade Commission ruled there is a reasonable indication that the U.S. panel manufacturing industry is injured by imports of silicon solar cells and panels from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. It is passing the decision to Commerce to see if they will initiate AD/CVD before the end of the year.
