The new SunPower posted its first financial report since the rebrand and had its first profitable quarter in four years. It reported revenue of $80.2 million in Q1 2025 and an operating income of $1.3 million. The key was shaving down employee headcount from 3,499 to 906 employees, just one-quarter the size of its former self.
