The ITC made its final ruling on the AD/CVD investigation concerning silicon solar cells and panels from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. The final tariff calculation on imports is: Cambodia from 650% to 3,500%; Malaysia from 14% to 250%; Thailand from 375% to 972%; and Vietnam from 120% to 813%.
