Last week, the EPA made the case that they overstepped their legal authority by affirming in 2009 that greenhouse gas emissions harm human health and implementing emissions rules in response. The EPA offered an “alternative” justification for the reversal, in which it attempts to downplay the link between human-caused emissions and global warming.
