iSun and SunCommon are merging – SunCommon is being acquired by iSun, a transaction that includes $24 million in cash and $15 million in stock. This will save the companies about $1.25 million in the first year and will expand iSun’s market share in res and small commercial renewables (doubling its revenue). Both companies offer EPC for res, C&I and industrial scale projects and iSun offers energy storage and EV charging.
