Heliene, a NA manufacturer, is pausing plans to build out a solar cell manufacturing facility in Minnesota so they can wait for more clarity from the incoming Trump admin on the tax credits that make the project viable. They pointed to the 45X ITC as an important factor for investment in the US – for them a $200 million investment.
