The Biden admin has awarded over $100 billion in grants created by the IRA, hoping to use IRA funds before Trump takes office. Trump has pledged to rescind all unspent IRA funds. Biden’s admin says they are no track to pass their goal of obligating usage of 80% of the funds before the end of the year.
