The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) determined that the U.S. panel manufacturing industry is being materially injured by imports of silicon solar cells and panels from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. They passed the decision-making to Commerce, which will decide if it wants to initiate AD/CVD before the end of 2024.
