Given the ridiculous amount of energy storage market growth recently, LG Chem has birthed a new corporation, LG Energy Solution, dedicated to battery materials, cells, pack manufacturing, e-platform and sales. It is rolling out LG RESU Prime, LG’s latest home battery solution. It’s got a max of 16 kWh of energy and high power of 7 kW and a modular design. Plus there’s RESU Monitor, an advanced remote monitoring system that allows users and installers the ability to eyeball battery conditions in real-time and proactively troubleshoot issues.
