Thousands met in front of the CPUC building in San Francisco to protest and publicly respond to the commission’s decision to go forward with NEM 3.0 – which keeps in place the changes that would largely make CA rooftop solar financially non-viable for people. It was organized by CALSSA, which sued the govt and helped precipitate the hold on 3.0 in past months.
