The Senate’s bipartisan infrastructure deal took another step forward this week after considerable deliberations. 12+ Republicans voted to break the filibuster on the bill, including Mitch McConnell. Despite this, whether it will pass is still unclear as Republicans will want votes on certain amendments and further input – and there will still be a 60-vote to overcome.
